Looking for help with 24h care for an elderly lady
Hello, We are looking for a female live-in home care giver who is fluent in English for my elderly mother who lives alone. She is 89 years old. She is in good health mentally, but she is unable to walk due to her old age and needs someone to stay with her at night. The care giver services required include helping my mother going to the toilet, helping to change her under ware, making tea and coffee, cooking dinner, doing light house work and maybe providing occasional assistance during the night (if required). My mother’s house is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom property located in a small and beautiful village on the sea side in County Donegal. The nearest shop from the house is about 20 minutes’ walk, and the nearest town is 15 minutes by bus. The house is newly refurbished with all modern conveniences, including washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, central heating, TV, telephone and internet services. The care giver would be provided with a private bedroom and flexible working hours. We also have public home help assistance provided by the Irish government who provides assistance to help my mother get out of bed and dressed in the morning, and undressed and going back to bed at night. Therefore, the care giver would only be expected to provide general assistance and supervision for my mother during the day time and possibly at night as described above.

Hello, I am looking for a live in carer for my Mum, Margaret, she is a kind and gentle women. She has Parkinson's and is unsteady on her feet and she has had a few falls recently. She now needs someone with her at all times. She needs support with having a shower and getting dressed and with her meals. She can walk around her home with a walker, but needs a wheelchair outside. We are looking for one or possibly two live in carers. My Mum has a lovely home and her room is downstairs, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Her daughters will support the carers. Baby monitor at nightin case he wakes up.. was on his exercise bike 2 weeks ago bur been in hospital with an infection for 3 weeks , so needs to get routine etc. From 10 to 3. And 6 to 9. One carer to have baby monitor at night and go to check if he wakes and needs anything. Can swap shifts. At time 1 and half days at weekends. Very strong irish accent to good at English essential. Live upstairs in house with garden and TV room..upstairs just for carers..2 carers needed. Thanks so much. Hello, I am looking for a senior caregiver for my mother. She is about to turn 81 and lives alone on the west coast of Ireland following the death of her husband during Covid. She has Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis and the conditition is starting to deteriorate leading to her being increasingly reliant on oxygen. Otherwise she is independent and in good mental health and spirits. She requires a companion to keep her company and take on the tasks that she can no longer undertake. She also requires someone who can drive, to do shopping and to take her to hospital/doctors appointments.
