2.2 Membership
Some features and functionalities of the Website, such as full chat system access, are available to users who upgrade to a paid membership. Pricing details for membership upgrades can be found on the following URL: https://liveincare.ie/service/dashboard/membership. The Company reserves the right to modify the prices at any time.
2.3 Featured Ads
Users who upgrade to a paid membership receive the badge for a featured ad for all their listings as long as they maintain their membership. This provides increased visibility and exposure for their ads, attracting more attention from users seeking care services.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Accuracy of Information
Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information in their ads, profiles, and communications. The Company is not responsible for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations made by users.

9. Agency Matching Service
9.1 Introduction
In addition to the online marketplace for live in care services, we also offer an Agency matching service for users seeking a live-in carer. This service is designed to provide a fast and efficient solution for users who prefer the convenience and support of an agency-placed live-in carer.
9.2 Utilizing the Service
To utilize the Agency matching service, interested users must send an email to info@liveincare.ie expressing their interest. Please include your contact details and any specific requirements or preferences you may have. Please note that there is a minimum budget requirement of €550 per week (payable to the employer of the live-in carer against invoice) for the agency-placed service. The Company provides this mediation for free.
9.3 Marketplace vs. Agency Placement
The Website offers two options for users seeking live-in care services: the online marketplace and the Agency matching service. The online marketplace provides a platform for users to search, negotiate, and interview independent live-in carers. However, please be aware that we do not have control over the asking prices set by independent carers.
Alternatively, if users choose the Agency placement option, we act as their mediator and can offer a fast and efficient solution. With the Agency matching service, we work closely with reputable agencies to find suitable live-in carers based on your specific requirements and budget.
10. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any third-party websites or services.
11. Termination
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend a user’s access to the Website at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole. Any such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and the Company regarding the use of the Website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
14. Changes to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on the Website, and it is the user’s responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the Website after any such changes shall constitute the user’s consent to such changes.
